The highly anticipated Seasons of the UP Foraging experience is back, and this year it comes with an exciting new sponsor, Michigan Country! This eagerly awaited event marks the first of three foraging adventures in 2025, all beautifully set in Michigan's stunning and picturesque Eastern Upper Peninsula.

In July, participants will embark on a unique exploration of cattails, as well as delightful summer mushrooms such as the exquisite pheasant's back and luscious oysters, along with a variety of fresh greens.
